As a non-specialised wholesale trader, YNV Group Limited is not restricted to a single product category. Our trading scope allows us to source and supply goods across a variety of categories depending on market availability, supplier relationships, and buyer demand at any given time.
This model is formally recognised under SIC code 46900, which covers wholesale trade businesses that deal in a diverse or mixed range of goods rather than specialising in one industry sector.

Our Values
Step 1 — Enquiry
Business buyers submit an enquiry specifying product type, required quantity, and target delivery window.
Step 2 — Quotation
YNV Group Limited provides a written wholesale quotation including unit pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms.
Step 3 — Agreement
Both parties agree and confirm the order in writing. We issue a commercial invoice and confirm fulfilment arrangements.
Step 4 — Fulfilment
Goods are dispatched from stock or coordinated through our supplier network. Delivery is arranged to the buyer's specified UK or international address.
Step 5 — Payment
Payment is made in accordance with agreed terms, confirmed in the commercial invoice. We accept bank transfer (BACS/SWIFT) as standard.
Who We Supply
Our customers are businesses only. This includes:
- Independent and chain retail businesses
- Online retailers and marketplace sellers
- Importers and exporters
- Distributors and trade buyers
- Wholesalers purchasing from us to supply their own customer base
We do not supply goods directly to private individuals or end consumers.
